Our Stroll-Air products are produced from the finest quality materials and are manufactured under the strictest quality controls. All products meet or exceed industry standards.
We guarantee all our products against faulty manufacture for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase. This guarantee is not effective against accidental damage or damage caused by incorrect use, lack of maintenance or neglect.
The warranty covers Stroll-Air products purchased from authorized Stroll-Air retailers. A list of authorized retailers can be found on our website (Retailers).
All costs of shipping and handling are the responsibility of the customer.
Under warranty Stroll-Air will repair or replace the parts at Stroll-Air’s option.
If the product is not covered under warranty, the customer will be responsible for all expenses associated with the repair, as well as shipping costs.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
